The Dream
Our clients had always dreamed of living in North Curl Curl. Years ago, they missed out on a particular home that stayed with them long after the sale. When the time came to move closer to Manly, North Curl Curl and the surrounding suburbs were firmly back on the radar.
The Journey
As fate would have it, the very same home they had missed out on more than a decade earlier became available off market. After inspecting it again, they knew instantly it was the one, and we got to work.

After seeing out a four-week sales campaign, the property passed in at auction. With patience, persistence and the right post-auction strategy, we were ultimately able to secure the home our clients had always dreamed of owning.
