The Dream
Our client was after their first house in an area with strong growth. They were considering multiple areas between Manly and North Curl Curl, with the hope to be as close to the beach as possible.
The Journey
Within a three month period we presented multiple options for our client for consideration, keeping in mind location was important, so the search was quite specific.
The Result
We sourced an off market property in Manly that ticked all the boxes for our client, in this case, the owners needed some time to process the decision to sell off market as the home had been in there family for over 50 years. After two weeks, we we successfully secured the property for our client.
