The Journey
With limited options available, the downsizing market proved highly competitive. After missing out on one opportunity, we continued the search. Our clients had earmarked specific buildings, so we took a targeted approach and focused our efforts accordingly.
The Result
We closely monitored an apartment within one of those buildings that was being rented and proactively approached the agent to explore whether the owners would consider selling. After some time, the owners decided to sell once probate was completed. Through careful negotiation, we secured the property prior to probate being finalised. Our clients were amazed by the outcome and thrilled with their new home.
