One off-market opportunity in Beacon Hill stood out, however the vendor ultimately decided to launch the property online.

After two weeks on the market, the vendor revisited our original offer and accepted it prior to auction. Our clients were thrilled to secure a home that aligned so closely with their brief and allowed them to settle back into Sydney with confidence.
