Over five weeks from engagement to purchase, we identified a property that was perfect for our clients, but initially it was priced above their budget. We advised them we would monitor it closely to ensure they had the best chance of securing it.

When the timing was right and negotiations began, the vendor’s motivation allowed us to offer desirable settlement terms. We successfully secured the property within budget and below the original price guide.
